Our services are run and accommodated separately each in line with specific UK Care Regulators. Our supported accommodation service includes young people aged 16-18 and supported living is for adults aged 18-65 who have either mental health needs, variety of conditions and complex needs. Both of our client groups are largely independent or working towards living independently.

FMA Universal aims to bridge the gap between young people and adults by offering continuity for existing young persons who are currently in our care to transition to adulthood in cases requiring ongoing support. By Offering (18- 65), we ensure a smooth, uninterrupted transition, reducing the risk of homelessness, disengagement, or deterioration in both mental and physical health. This will also allow FMA Universal to also address other unmet needs of (18-65) with other disabilities, mental health challenges or complex social needs often facing long waiting lists for supported living. Combining both services allows us to help address this gap efficiently.

We provide a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for our young persons and adults. Our aim is for them to thrive, advance their potential, foster resilience, confidence and work sufficiently towards independent living as much as possible.
We achieve this through comprehensive support service that takes into account each client’s holistic individual needs.
We also collaboratively work very closely with therapists, Education Coordinators including all relevant Health and Social Care Professionals

Our supported accommodation provides the ideal setting for you to learn, grow and embrace your role in the wider community. Extensive risk assessment is carried out prior to all our placements. Our accommodation are offered and run separately between (16-18) and adults ( 18-65) housed and matched as much as possible to each individual needs whilst safeguarding all our clients. Our properties are highly maintained providing adequate housing standards.

We offer single point of access, care and support for both existing and newly referred individuals. Our young person’s already in our care (16-18) into adult care ( 18-65) are not yet able to live independent therefore require ongoing support. This continuation ensures smooth , uninterpreted transition thereby reducing risk of homelessness, disengagement or further deterioration in their physical and mental health. Taking adults clients coming from inpatient services allows us to address some of the pressure of unmet needs of (18-65) who are struggling to be integrated back into the community due to lack of adequate support to meet these needs. Thus, our experienced support system will help create personalised care, build their independence whilst fostering and building engagements with their communities, professionals involved and their families.
FMA Universal delivers care in line with OFSTED regulations for young people as well as CQC for adults in community care for quality control. As an organisation, we are committed to making sure we are registered with all UK governing bodies within the industry.
